How has your business shifted because of the COVID-19 pandemic?

Since our teams have worked in diverse healthcare environments for years, it was not as difficult for us. Our home business strategically shifted to remote support and added additional precautions when entering homes. – Linda Brock

How do you define success?

We were in more than 63,000 individual homes installing and servicing medical devices last year. – Linda Brock

What is a challenging aspect of being a woman in business?

Being comfortable with discomfort. Understanding that not all situations and discussions are pleasant. Embrace the challenge, lean in and do what is best for the customer and the company. – Megan Pollett

What is the best business advice you ever received?
