What is the mission of your business?
We solve technology-centric problems with best-in-class solutions for businesses that are ready to invest in their future.

What lessons did you learn because of the COVID-19 pandemic?
To give grace. It has been a rough journey for everyone. Everyone around you is experiencing this through their own personal lens and one must engage another with empathy and understanding and not judgment. We also learned the importance of technology during the pandemic. People were relying on IT more than ever once the workforce had to switch to remote working.

What is the most gratifying part of your job?
Taking care and helping a client solve a problem or avoid a potential major problem. Knowing that the solution we helped them implement makes their job faster, easier or more efficient.

What has been the most challenging part of being a woman in business?
There are clearly different standards for women, especially in male dominated fields such as IT. Women are required to walk the line between being likeable and being highly competent. We have been lucky to have a couple of male mentors during our careers who truly understood the differences and helped us navigate those waters. Our takeaway from that is we need more female mentors, and we try to do this for the up-and-coming women in IT.
