How could women better support each other?
Mentoring is a vital tool for supporting women as they enter into a new profession. I have personally benefited from the mentorship of great women within James-Bates-Brannan-Groover-LLP. It is crucial that we give each other perspective, guidance and compassion as we navigate the challenges of our lives and careers. We all benefit from helping each other succeed. —Rachel
I hope more women will:
Support and encourage one another to achieve their goals. I’ve been lucky to have great female mentors and examples who pushed me to succeed. My biggest cheerleader has been my mom, who went back to college when I was 4 years old. She taught me that I could be anything. I hope that I can be the same role model for my daughter. —Elizabeth
What woman influenced you the most to pursue your career goals?
My mom. It was inspiring to watch her balance her career with raising three children as a single mom. Her dedication led me to pursue my dream career. —Katie
What makes your business stand out?
JBBG does an amazing job of supporting their employees, which allows us to offer high quality services to our clients and to each other. When a firm treats its employees as valuable assets of equal importance to that of their clients, the employees strive to go above and beyond. —Dallas
